Returns

  • You have 14 days  from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be: unused and in original packaging.
  • Please return through your customer account.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment or store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

Exchanges

Return Shipping

  • The shipping cost for returning your item is £2, unless otherwise stated.
