Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be: unused and in original packaging.
- Please return through your customer account.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment or store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@shoparae.co.uk
Return Shipping
- The shipping cost for returning your item is £2, unless otherwise stated.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
