Are prints sold with frames?
All prints are unframed unless stated otherwise.
What sizes are your posters available in?
We offer posters in a variety of standard sizes, including A3, A4, A5, A6. Please check the product page for specific sizing options.
Do you take custom print requests?
Yes! Email us at info@shoparae.co.uk or use the contact form to enquire.
What does 'pre-order' mean?
If an item is marked pre-order it means it's not ready to ship yet. Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK at this time.
What are the shipping options?
£2.99 for standard shipping, free over £30
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 28 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items. Please refer to our [Returns Policy] for details.
How do I return an item?
Click the profile icon in the store's menu, go to the order page, and then request a return.
Log in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and in its original condition, you receive a refund.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 5 days with photos and order no. and we’ll make it right.
Can I edit my delivery address?
If your order has been processed we are unable to make changes. However if you email us at info@shoparae.co.uk as soon as possible we will do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?
Orders Typically arrive within UK 3-5 business days.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, postal strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be: unused and in original packaging.
- Please return through your customer account.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment or store credit.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@shoparae.co.uk
Return Shipping
- The shipping cost for returning your item is £2, unless otherwise stated.
